Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) System Monitoring Click to enlarge
  • Carried out by the DODH registered Hygiene Technician.
  • The main objective of this monitoring is to ensure the effectiveness of the LEV system.
  • A complete LEV system shall contain hood, ducting , with or without controlling equipment and chimney.
  • Report will be prepare on every system that has been monitor and recommendation will be indicate if the system effectiveness is not satisfied.
  • Monitoring shall carried out yearly follow the OSHA requirement.
  • E.g.: Fume cupboard, Oven, etc.

  • Monitoring carried out at quarry area.
  • Objective: To monitor the ambient air quality near by the quarry area.
  • Testing carried out in lab.

  • Testing on parameters like pH, COD, BOD, SS, Oil & Grease, heavy metal and etc.

  • Monitoring carried out at boundary area of the building.
  • Objective: To monitor the existing noise level to environment.
  • Report will be prepared after the monitoring.


Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA)
  • Carried out by the DODH registered assessor.
  • The main objective of this assessment is assess the health risk of the employee or person will expose to chemical when carry out their daily working task.
  • Input: MSDS/ CSDS, interview employee/ person in-charge, site walk through, observation, evidence provided from organization management.
  • Output: CHRA report which contain the action need to be taken if the existing control measures are in adequate.
  • E.g.: Employees handling the chemical without wearing proper PPE.
  • Action need to be taken: wearing the proper PPE that suggested in the report.


ISO Management System Certification
  • Objective: To enhance systematic and efficient organization operation management system.
  • Certification period: 3 – 6 months (depend on size of organization)
  • E.g. : ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, 18001, ISO/ IEC 17025, TS 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 22000 (HACCP), etc.
